Your safety is paramount. Report any concerning behavior. Meet in public places for first-time events. Share your location with trusted contacts when attending meetups.
3. Authenticity
Use accurate information in your profile. Don't impersonate others or create fake accounts. Be honest about your skill level to ensure fair and enjoyable matches.
4. Fair Play
Compete fairly and graciously. Accept wins and losses with good sportsmanship. No cheating, match-fixing, or unsportsmanlike conduct.
Minor Protection Policy
GOYO is committed to protecting minors. We enforce strict policies to ensure a safe environment for younger users:
- Users under 18 should participate with parental awareness
- Adults should not contact minors for private meetings
- Report any inappropriate behavior involving minors immediately
- Event organizers must ensure appropriate supervision for youth events
5. Reporting Issues
If you witness violations or feel unsafe, please report immediately using the in-app reporting feature or contact our support team. All reports are taken seriously and handled confidentially.
6. Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent ban depending on severity. We review all reports and take appropriate action to maintain community safety.
